ABOUT

In Spain, ‘Chato’ directly translates to ‘short,’ but is a common phrase used to call someone ‘buddy.’ It’s also the moniker for a stemless, short glass used at bars and restaurants throughout Spain. We use it as a way for you to get a little taste of all of our BTGs (by the glass).

We are a Spanish-style taberna featuring authentic pintxos and tapas and a highly-curated beverage program.
